thank you so much everyone! I don't have my exact travel dates yet. As soon as I know I'm going to book a hotel.

1st Disneyland trip, and only for 1 day

I've been to WDW at least a dozen times, know what to expect, stay on-site, love magic bands, etc. I will be in LA for work and have the opportunity to stay and extra day and visit Disneyland by myself, no one else with me (last week of November) What do I need to know for a 1st time, 1 day...

Disney Springs Hotels: 60-Day FP + EMH Through 2020: *No Packages Needed*

Do any of these hotels sleep 5+? I just tried plugging our dates in (1/1/19-1/5/19) and for each of the hotels I tried, I got a pop-up saying I was exceeding the number of guests permitted. We are two adults/three kids (all 9 and under)

Is the Memory Maker Worth It?

I've purchased it for the last 5 trips. LOVE It! I'm an avid scrapbooker, but even if I weren't, I LOVE having family pics. I enjoy that we're all able to be in the same picture and that there are usually several poses for each shot in case someone had a strange look in one of them. And when...

    Sept or Dec?

I've been both late Sept and in December. Sept still had rain nearly every afternoon and was steamy, but really low crowds. In December, the crowds were still low and the weather was wonderful. The Christmas decorations and the party were so awesome. I won't go back in Sept.

Is there any time you can go when WDW is decked out for the holidays without crazy crowds?

I wonder if this year was really bad in December due to the hurricane re-schedulers. We've gone a few times the first two weeks of December and have LOVED it. We didn't go this year for a variety of reasons so I'm starting to plan our trip for December. Now I'm a bit nervous about planning for...

    Hurricane Irma?

I know Disney has their own fuel sources for their buses, etc. But if FL does take a direct hit, how will they be able to replenish their supplies?

What do you think of these attractions?

We did the Frozen sing-along last time we were there after skipping the two times before. Oh, my goodness! It was SO funny for the adults because there's a lot of subtle comedy. DH and I LOLed a lot and of course, out kids enjoyed it.

***1st Week of December Thread ADR Plans, Park Hours, and dealing with Pop Warner***

"Official" Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party 2016 - Have Yourself a Very Mickey Christmas.

we fly out on Saturday morning and I CANNOT WAIT! This is our first ever hard ticket party. I REALLY want to get pics with the 7Ds. There are five in our group, when we go up for our picture, what is a good way to take pictures? From what I can tell from online pics is the 7Ds are sitting in...

***1st Week of December Thread ADR Plans, Park Hours, and dealing with Pop Warner***

Not sure this is the best place for this question, but I'm hoping you guys have some insight. We are doing MK on Dec. 4. My kids/DH have never done rope drop because my DH is NOT a morning person and doesn't move quickly and my kids have never been ones to wake up before 8:00, even for school...

Jingle Bell Jingle BAM Show at DHS with Dessert Party Details POST 8

We will have three kids with us, ages 7-6. Do you they will be better off if we head towards the back then? One has some sensory issues and will not like feeling the "crush" of people around but will still want to see.

    Candlelight Processional Narrators updated

We are going on a Monday, so hopefully it will be okay! I have one more question. If I'm in the "reserved" line before they start letting in the standby line, will they wait until all the reserved people have made it in the theater or will they at some point start opening both lines at the same...

Okay, but as long as we get seats, I'm okay with that. I'd rather have a lesser view than try to keep the three of them "happy" in line for an hour. Also, can you bring a snack/drink in with you?

We have a package and have three kids with us for an 8:00 show. Their ages are 7-6 and have zero desire stand in line for an hour, that's why we are doing the package. What is the drawback to getting in the line 15 minutes before they start letting package people in? Thank you!
