You can turn off "in focus," at least. But the At a Glance tiles are so big!

It has tiles for the daily data instead of a list and I find it way harder to sift through. I will always prefer a list to tiles but as far as I can tell there’s no way to switch to that option.

Agreed about B being huge. I am usually in D or E, and remember A always having two waves and B having maybe 3-4 at the most. For the 10 miler B had 11 waves! I was in C, which I remember usually starts around 5:15, and I didn't start until after 5:35. It was weird. I wonder how many waves C, D...

Yes, it’s the reason I always stay to the left of the corral. When you get to the back of the start chute you’re right at the barricade. Usually by the time I get there, there’s already people slipping out the open space, but if not, a volunteer usually opens it for you.

This is a great idea! I usually have a towel attached to my handheld during the summer to wipe sweat, but a wet towel is such a better idea.
