    Your must do Nassau excursion

Yes, seconding this. We went from "eh, this is probably our only time getting off the ship here" to "hey, let's go back to the Bahamas and eat again..." Our tour guide was spectacular.

Have you been able to reserve a cabana and not been in concierge?

Same, though I suspect I’m the one who took the other one you saw. FWIW, we’re silver and I booked #24 at midnight, and then was screwing around a few weeks later and saw #25 had become open so I flip flopped to that one. So I guess that just shows you that you should keep checking.

Best port adventures for animal lovers in Alaksa?

We did whale watching in Juneau with Harv and Marv - whales, seals and eagles. There were only five of us on the boat and it was amazing. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

Find your 2019 Magic Cruise Meet LINK here

I started the April 10th Bahamian thread: https://www.disboards.com/threads/disney-magic-april-10th-2019-4-night-bahamian-cruise.3645331/

    Disney Magic, April 10th, 2019 - 4-Night Bahamian Cruise

Ok, I’ll start the thread. I’m completely crazy, but we had to cancel our trip to WDW this year because of the hurricanes, so I’m taking advantage of the family guilt and booking a Bahamian cruise while I can. (And this will be a nice treat for our 20th wedding anniversary.) :rolleyes1 Let me...

    2017 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival: August 31, 2017 - November 13, 2017

If I booked a Mix It Make It Celebrate It! that ends at 1:30, and then a beverage seminar the same day that starts at 1:30, will that work? I'm assuming that since they're in the same building it won't be a race across the park or anything like that, but I also don't want to be rude sneaking in...

Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

A quick follow up to last week's message - I just got off of the phone with DSS - they called me at work to tell me that they were following up on my inquiry, and as a club level guest they could go ahead and pre-book the Food & Wine event I had inquired about. So I'm pretty darn pleased with...

Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

Ok - I just heard back from DSS - they will indeed help with booking F&W ticketed events, but the email emphasizes "within their business hours" - which starts at 9 am. Since I'm assuming that the rest of the world is going to start calling/booking at 7 am, that presents a little bit of a...

Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

Ok, I'll bite the bullet and shoot an email. I'll report back (I was just hoping someone knew off of the top of their head.) :rolleyes1

Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

Now that they're starting to announce the Food & Wine events - has anyone used DSS to book them? I've had good luck with their help "tweaking" some of the changes I've made in our regular dining reservations, so I'm curious if it's worth emailing them the ticketed events we're interested in...

Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

It is my understanding that the view designations for BW have changed this year - previous bookings for CL would have not designated between SV & Water View, but now you choose one or the other when you book. The water view is obviously more expensive - so that's the change, Disney making money...

Star Tours made me sick, will Soarin' do the same?

Based on the recommendations of the folks on the DIS cruise boards, I started to use Bonine, out of fear I'd be miserable our entire cruise. It's now my go-to for amusement parks. (And bad flights. Sometimes car trips... and the occasional vertigo...  .)

Star Tours made me sick, will Soarin' do the same?

My motion sickness is so bad that I take medicine before we go into the parks, regardless of what I plan on riding. Even with the medication, I can't do Star Tours. (Or the Aerosmith Coaster.) But Soarin' was fine - in fact one of the highlights of our trips. Enjoy!

Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

I'd still contact them? The trip I'm currently planning is our first CL trip, and yesterday I emailed SS with a question about the Fantasmic package at Hollywood and Vine. I couldn't be happier with their help - they got back to me within a few hours, and helped me with something I couldn't do...

Disney's BOARDWALK INN Information & Questions

If you have a chance, could you post a picture of the beer cooler in the lounge? And the toiletries in the bathroom? Those are the two specific to BWI CL photos I've been most curious about but unable to find. Thank you - have an amazing trip!

    BOG breakfast before park opening

I too have secured an 8:05 reservation, but it's also on one of the mornings that they sell the ticketed extra hours breakfast at Pinocchio's. Presumably they wouldn't let me book a reservation that they wouldn't let me in for? I just don't want to show up for breakfast and have them turn us...

Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

Two quick questions - we've got a standard club room at BWI booked for mid-September, for our second trip to the world & specifically Food & Wine. Our previous trip was to POFQ, and we had snacks/water/beer delivered to our room from Garden Grocer. We're looking forward to the snacks/beer...

    Glassblowing/Jewell Gardens - Skagway?

Thank you Bumbershoot - I searched the forums before I asked the question, and saw your positive reviews - which were helping sway me towards this being on our agenda... I'm just a major in advance planner, but also a phone-phobic person, so I was hoping someone knew off of the top of their...

    Glassblowing/Jewell Gardens - Skagway?

I'm looking for folks who have gone to Jewell Gardens, either just to tour or to do the glassblowing experience, from a DISNEY cruise. From their website, it looks like most of the other cruise lines offer official excursions, but I'm curious if it's doable on our own from our upcoming Wonder...
