Ok, revised plan.
Day 1: fly in (Malibu? Hiking? Beverly Hills? Time dependent)
Day 2: Bus tour of some kind, Warner bros tour, Griffith park/observatory
Day 3: Peterson auto museum, so fi tour, la brea, farmers market (just a normal one?)
Day 4: beaches, maybe USS Iowa? Probably Santa...
Ok I’m back finally. Trying to nail down a slightly organized itinerary. We would be traveling in July or early August. Probably July. Here’s what I have started:
Day 1: fly in
Day 2: Warner bros studio tour, Griffith park and observatory
Day 3: parks (westridge canyonback/topanga), Peterson...
LOL I’m not sure I even know anyone who has gone to LA recently so I’m overwhelmed.
We will probably do a total of 9 days. Saturday until the next Sunday ish. I assume Disney would need to be in the middle bc I think it’s less crowded on weekdays. My husband is not overly interested in city...
We have never been to the west coast. LA area is one of our vacation possibilities. We would probably do 2 days of Disneyland (I’m trying to negotiate a 3rd). Baseball game. Tour of sofi stadium. My husband and sons would want to see outdoor things probably? Aren’t there hiking trails? And...
I checked constantly for our two cruises (last August and November, so recent). Both were booked fairly close to time. Probably April for the 1st and less than 90 before the 2nd. The first one I stumbled upon availability in the app pretty quickly. The second one took longer, but when I spotted...
Has anyone booked a cruise using tickets at work? I just got an email about it today and it looks like they have some deals on dates we were looking at.
I guess I’m trying to figure out if DCL is the best balance of ports and family friendliness. I’d like to stay away from more party oriented cruises (and I know that should be less with Alaska), etc. We don’t drink, have no interest in casinos, and are active.
I have tried searching but haven’t found what I know I have seen before. We are very interested in cruising to Alaska. We did our first cruise ever on DCL this past August. We had such a good experience that we ended up going for thanksgiving too. We especially liked the family friendly...
We did that cruise in August. Myself, husband, and two sons (12 & 10). We did the half day tour of the baths in Tortola. No complaints. In Dr Thomas, we did the kayak, hike, and snorkel tour. It was a lot of fun.
Not sure who you are asking but I’ll provide mine. We were on the week before, eastern, so 8/6-8/13. AP, EG, RC, AP (pirate night), EG, RC, AP.
Over thanksgiving, we did the western route. 11/19-11/26. EG, RC, AP, EG, RC, RC (thanksgiving menu), AP.
