    Celebrities in the World?

It wasn't us but friends of ours ran into Brad from the "Middle" at AK. They said he was very approachable and glad they came up to him. Maybe not the biggest of stars but it is one of our fav shows so we were a little jealous

For those of you who drive to WDW...do you use Disney transportation?

We drive in from NC. We prefer driving into the parks instead of using the buses. It just seems easier to us. Just our preference.

    October crowds?

we are considering a trip in Oct 2017. This is one time we have not been before. I was thinking this would not be too terribly crowded times. But without any room/FD discounts for this time and ABSOLUTLELY no avail ADRs for some most important choices like BOG and Ohana (i know they are both...

    Thoughts on Animal Kingdom’s Pandora

My pr comment was totally in jest. I was just saying that the review was extremely glowing and I totally assumed it was genuine. Jokingly, other than it truely being as great as u described the only way your post would make sense is if it was from a Disney pr message. Heck if Disney saw your...

    Not so "FREE" Dining

It worked out great for us as a party of 4 at BW. The price we got there was the same as the std rate w/DP at POR. We already accepted the price we were gonna pay at POR so it seemed relatively like a great deal moving up to a deluxe. Maybe my logic is flawed cause I am comp a std non-disc...

    Via Napoli on DDP

OOP is the way we prefer to go to Via Napoli. We really enjoy the large pizza and can use the credits another place. Yeah it would be nice if they could figure out a way to allow pooling of credits but it is what it is.

My WDW trip isn't complete until I eat...

Another vote for CH, also with no great expectation other than it seems like a nice place where you can find a quiet nook and a quick seafood bite. I like the decor ... even if it can be considered dated in some respects. My wife on the other hand has to have her BOG. Which is my angst every...

    Biergarten or Teppan Edo

Trying to talk the family into biergarden for our next trip. Went a couple of yrs ago an we all liked it even with sharing with another family of 4. The only thing I didn't like was that they were just starting their vacay and we were on the tail end of ours. :( We all enjoyed the variety of...

Your thoughts on FD this year

Well we had pool view @ POR and just std room @ BW. Some of those other BW rooms ARE crazy expensive. The BW reservation I got for $5100, nov 26-dec 2 for 2 adults and 2 children 10+ The POR reservation i got for $5200, nov 25-dec 2. I know this reservation has for one extra day, so not a...
