The last parade is running late because the 10:45 stage show started late. Just follow the end of the parade up to the hub and you should be fine. They can’t start the stage show until the parade has passed.

We are having a great time! Rode BTMR 3 times without having to get off! Lines are kinda long for sacks but it goes fast. Lantern PhotoPass is available and we saw a check in station to get your lanyard for After Hours across from Pirates.

My family and I are going to head out soon. Magic Kingdom has been packed the past two nights we’ve been there so we are waiting until closer to the start of the event to arrive.

I do have a Disney Visa and yes, I did get the promo email. That's why it sucks so much for me that others that don't have the Visa and/or didn't get the email have already gotten theirs.:headache: ETA: Finally decided to call. Lady was really nice and said the first week of the promo was crazy...
