What makes you choose a WDW resort?

Budget. We stay on property but can no longer afford deluxe resorts. It's value or moderate for us.

    December 2023 Planning Thread

Thanks. I must be getting naive in my old age. I did not even consider safety. We are leaning towards PPH as the price is "friendlier" than either of the other DL hotels.

    Best week for mayor june

Smartlabel, Thank you for the calendar!! I am returning to DL after an extremely long absence with my DD who has never been. We are East coasters so are familiar with DW but not DL. The calendar helps solidify our decision to go late April (after F&W) and early May (before Star Wars).

WAlk to Disney Challenge... feel free to join

Well, I forgot to log in before my Disney trip. :drive: We had a great time and did a lot of walking. Between the walking at WDW and walking after I returned, I walked 126 miles. So, I am at 603.4/612. Next week I will make it to WDW (sadly in theory only). Not sure when we will get to WDW...

    August 2021 Disney Exercise Challenge

It is just as I thought it would be. I went to WDW and had a lot of fun despite the heat and the crowds. I walked a lot and did not swim enough. When I returned I was too tired to log onto Dis or anything else. As of today: 1065/1200.

Disney's YACHT & BEACH CLUB RESORTS Information & Questions

Iced tea is available. I don't know about hot chocolate. Hopefully someone who is there now can answer that. We did not drink a lot of soft drinks, but the machines had sparkling lemonade, which was refreshing after a hot day.

Disney's YACHT & BEACH CLUB RESORTS Information & Questions

Just back from a week at the Yacht Club and thoroughly enjoyed it.:boat: The room was clean and mousekeeping came every other day and replenished towels and amenities. We did not hear any barking dogs but saw a few four legged friends and they made me smile as they seemed very happy too. We had...
