We are going down at the beginning of February. While we will be staying off site for part of the trip, we have a tent camping site booked for one night. I have been on hold to reserve a tent for an hour now. Is this typical to hold this long to talk to someone for this service?

I would definitely give them a call. I called them about dinner on the DDP and they were able to answer all of my questions. We are going in less than two weeks, and I cannot wait!! I know that for dinner, you can get a Family Style meal or 4 Small Plates, two glasses of wine and two desserts...
