Does everyone need the dining plan?

I know everyone in a room must have the same plan but does everyone on a dining reservation? Could 3 people have the plan and 2 pay cash?

    Ohana on a party night

We are having dinner at Ohana during MNSSHP. They used to play the music from the fireworks show. Does anyone know if this is the case during the Halloween Party?

What are Early Magic hours going to look like with 6 AM opening?

We are doing 1 park day over Columbus day Weekend staying at the Dolphin. DHS opens at 6, MK and AK open at 7. Will the parks be jammed at 8 AM? Will the rest of DHS be busy early or will everyone be at Star Wars Land? One plan we had was to get to DHS around 7. Do TOT and Rockin Roller...

We went on a Friday. They had Crab Legs but we were not fans. They did have them though.

Quick Review from our September trip

Honestly we expected more. We have a casino that has a crab leg buffet every week that was better than Cape May. Being that we had such a great experience every other meal and that it was at a deluxe Disney resort we thought it would be better. As I said we did really like breakfast there.

Quick Review from our September trip

We loved the dining plan. this trip we really tried to not just get the most expensive thing but try new places. One tip, if you eat at another resort, bring your mug. You can substitute a side for a drink at counter service restaurants. Even more added value.

Quick Review from our September trip

My wife, 1 year old son and I visited for 7 days in September. We made it a point to try some different restaurants than our previous trips. We stayed 5 nights at POFQ and 2 at the Swan. We had the dining plan. With one exception we had the kind of service we have come to expect from Disney...

    Honeymoon trip!

We honeymooned at Disney in 2016. For breakfast we liked Crystal Palace and Cape May. For dinner we like Ohana, Le Cellier, Yak and Yeti and Be Our Guest. Have Fun

ADR help! Which to cancel or pay OOP?

I would skip BOG for lunch. We love it for dinner but lunch was not impressive. Besides that, the kids may be so excited to be at MK they wouldn't want to stop for any longer than a QS takes. Just my opinion.

Raglan Road worth the trek to Disney Springs?

We did not enjoy RR. To be fair we were there for lunch only and that was 2 years ago. We just went to DS and loved Homecomin.

Disney's PORT ORLEANS FRENCH QUARTER RESORT Information & Questions

We liked building 3 a lot. Great proximity to the lobby, pool and boats.

    Riverside or French Quarter?

Goog choice. We stayed last week in building 3. A 3 minute walk to boats, pool, and lobby. Food court was great (we only had breakfast) and Riverside is maybe a 10 minute walk. They also have an internal bus if you need it.

Walt Disney World SWAN, DOLPHIN & SWAN RESERVE RESORTS Information & Questions

We just got back on Monday. We took an Uber for $50. It did have a car seat so there is a surcharge.

    Split Stay FP+ Question

We are staying 4 nights at POFQ and 3 more at The Swan. Can we make our fastpasses for the whole week at the 60 day mark from our first night or will we have to wait to book the Swan portion until that 60 day mark?

    Which Renovation is Worse?

My wife, 1YR old and myself are going at the end of September. We are booked at Caribbean Beach but all of the renovation talk has me nervous. I know Coronado Springs has its construction but the price on either is in our wheel house. We have stayed at POR and loved it. Mostly because the main...

Disney's CARIBBEAN BEACH RESORT Information & Questions

After spending a full day at the parks we like to sit in the bar/lounge and have a drink. Is that also under construction until December?

What are some cool Low Cost ideas for Disney to do?

My mistake. I figured it was just camera shots and CGI effects. I compare it to putting up a new building with all the new technology and just assumed it was much less

What are some cool Low Cost ideas for Disney to do?

Most of the things at Disney are expensive endeavors. I started thinking about some "lower cost" things Disney could do to enhance the experience. 1. Why not wrap the monorails in movie themes? I'm sure kids would get a kick out of riding in the Finding Nemo or Toy Story car? 2. Maybe not...

    UBER

One of our tricks is to walk to the contemporary after the fireworks. When everyone is fighting to get out of the park, sit down and have a drink. When you are ready Uber it back to your hotel. Helps skip the crowds.
