You do have to fax in. Believe they have to have order 7 days before sailing. So they can have the cake on the ship - or ingredients. If you wait to order on board they won't have what is needed to do the cake. Kat

we used costco. two families and got connecting cabins. i found the costco ta very helpful and knowledgeable when we called. linked our reservations, let us pre pay our tips, and listed the girls birthdays on the reservation...thought they did a great job :) just fyi

agree with Southerngirl528 call and ask for email receipt for the tips you prepaid. i ordered some stateroom gifts and decor and they sent me a receipt via email and also gave me a confirmation # over the phone too.
