Favorite resort is the Grand Floridian. I love the ambiance and whole style of the resort. My favorite time there is right before sunset, I feel like it really highlights all the beauty there. I also love the convenience to the MK, just a short monorail or boat ride away.

We did this event on Jan 5th and it was well worth the price. We did every ride, and met Olaf. Rode RnR 2x and TSM 3x. Got plenty of Mickey bars. The longest wait time was Slinky dog at 20 mins when we jumped in line, I think it went faster than that.

I love Sanaa and the bread service there, good idea to split an entree since its a lot of food. I would go with Artist Point for dinner, the reviews have been spectacular. Also my family loves the Wave, great drinks, service and food.

We have a 5 day park hopper ticket and an After Hours ticket at the MK. The day of after hours we are not gonig to any parks, but how will that work if we can get into the park at 7 that night? How do we make sure it uses the event ticket and not a park day ticket?

Yes, just what you said. go to MK from POP, then monorail to Poly, then from Poly you can take the 10 minute walk to the TTC (TTC is the ticket and transportation center, its next to the Poly, it isn't at the MK it is across the lake from the MK), from the TTC you get onto the EPCOT monorail...
