I’m actually not sure that’s accurate. They may be testing it now that’s it’s slow season. When we were waiting to go into the pre-show rooms today, someone walked up an empty lane and the CM said “single rider?” and put him right into a room. The wait at around 3pm today was 100 minutes.

When we upgraded, the CM offered to refund our Memory Maker... then I had to tell him we didn't have it in the first place. So at least with that CM, it was an automatic thing to refund. Make sure you do your math based on the type of ticket you purchased and go into Guest Services with that...

Actually, the noise factor isn't really a problem for me. I work out of places like Starbucks a lot, just to get out and see people and I always have to have the TV on for noise. I don't need to be on the phone really either. So I'm happy to take any suggestions!
