We have reservations for connecting rooms at the POR in Sept for our family of five (Me, DH, DS13, DS11, DD9). we were told that we would be guaranteed connecting rooms because of the age of our children.

Our daughter is just 9 and we are headed to POR in September. We booked two connecting rooms for our family of five. We wanted the extra space and second bathroom.

I simply MUST wear flip-flops to the parks. I have really comfy, squishy Skecher flip-flops and sneakers make my feet way too hot.

Hopping is a must for us. There have been a couple times we have spent a whole day in one park, but it has been rare.

When we took a surprise trip to Disney a couple years ago, we left at night and the kids slept the whole way, thinking we were headed to SC. When they awoke in the morning, the clueless wonders still had no idea, even as we were driving past all the Disney signs. They finally "got" it when we...

We just booked two connecting rooms at POR for our Sept trip. We are a family of five (Me, DH, DS-13, DS-11, DD-11) and knew that we would require more space than a single room would give us.

I think I am going to give the tie-dyed shirts a whirl. Any last minute advice?

Thanks for the info everyone. I'd be willing to bet my kids will get 2 fill-ups daily which will make it a great deal for us.
