Shades doesnt offer online check-in as you need your military ID to check-in and you need to get your room key and resort IDs.

Unfortunately the military member who booked the vacation needs to be there to check in. You probably won’t be able to enter the property without them showing their ID too. That being said, Shades is wonderful and so worth it! Enjoy your vacation!
