Tiana is probably the easiest because she’s the “restaurant owner” and when she visits the table that’s what she acts like. You can just say the same kind of things you would in a regular restaurant if the manager came over to check on your table.

If you can’t get brunch, consider doing a dinner. We were on the 7/22 Alaska sailing and our Palo dinner was amazing. A definite highlight.
