Thanks, I know how to add the DDP just wondered if the DDP will show up on my MDE afterwards or if that only applies to the DDP for direct reservations?
IIRC in the past DDP for DVC reservations did not show up on the MDE.
That’s not correct.
Only sellers will need someone to notarize it(not necessarily a U.S one)
Don’t know if you are buying Aulani.
Where are you looking to buy?
Glad that it worked out.
What about payment from the buyers, have that been received? Or did the title company record the deed without receiving payment?
Might be different but last year I upgraded a ticket to an AP by phone. At the parks I didn’t need to go to GR first just straight to the gates. I’m a blue card.
@CraigInPA Have you tried clearing the cache on your laptop?
I'm not having a DEC UY but I always use "private" mode on my laptop, just to avoid any cookies or similar that can mess up my booking experience.
Even though that you are correct that there would be 3 reservations, I think that Disney would consider them as one reservation. They can see that the guest(s) coming are the same. Had it been for different guests then they would have treated them as separate reservations.
if you check the link @sndral posted, there you can see the mentioning of the 20 rentals per year.
Its my understand that the 20 rentals per year was how commercial renting was defined and it was written into to documents also to avoid any confusion with language that wasn't clear enough...
thanks, I've had that link for some time now and its my understanding that the 20 reservations per year was mentioned by DVC in the documents and not just some random number they pulled up from their hat.
