I totally agree!! My response to the CM was isn’t my park pass reservation essentially holding my spot for the day? Her response was yes, but only until when/if the park reaches capacity then I could be turned away as there wouldn’t be room for me. I am really hoping the CM was just confused...

My family is due to check in on Sept 16 through Sept 20 in a standard room. They have not been contacted about any changes. Very interesting!

Our 60 day mark was last week for July 8-12 and we had the same experience. There were almost zero FPs for the morning hours for any rides and there were no tier 1 FPs for any parks at any time of day for the duration of our trip. Our canceled May trip had every FP available at the times we wanted.

I just booked AKL 5/1-5/3 $296, showed original price as $549 (price of Savanna view) which was a supposed 46% discount. Linked it to MDE and got a standard room. Bit of a bummer...

I saw that and that is what made me question keeping our reservation! I was wondering if it has gotten any better since then. We may just end up canceling and saving ourselves quite a bit of money :)

We activated our APs at the Welcome Center in Disney Springs a few months ago. I had to ask the CM for our AP ticket cards and she did not give us a booklet!

At Hollywood Studios, the line for Kylo Ren has been non-existent when we've used it. Last time we were there, we were literally the only people in the line for Kylo on the Chase Cardholder side while the regular Kylo meet was 20+ minutes.

I am also not able to book FPs for my trip. It has been giving me issues all week. It allowed me to book only 1 FP before the entire app crashed and no longer is even allowing me to click into a park to book my other 2 for that date.
