Ugh totally wish we could've tried this on our trip! The pictures look really cool. Has anybody ever heard of these new restaurants doing a soft opening a few days prior to the actual opening? Or am I dreaming? LOL

In the past when something new has opened, are they ever open before the opening date? For example...will they have a "soft opening" a few nights prior to their grand opening on 12/16? Just wondered if it was worth stopping by a few nights prior to see if they are taking walk-ins or anything.

I am wanting to get a BOG dinner reservation for 2/15 dinner....today is the first time that something actually appeared but it was too late at 9:20. Should I just keep checking? Or do you think it's worth getting the touring plans finder with just 10 days to go?
