    Removing Peter Pans Flight Scenes

Not even close to being the same thing. But, I will say that I do understand how some might find depictions of native americans in PP are offensive. And, yes, I am offended at the drunks at EPCoT Center. The only reason Disney allows it is the $$ it brings. Talk about high gross margin!

    EPCOT to become “more Disney”

FYI... The jumping water is still there, just turned off. I'm told it's due to Covid. Budozing FoN was a big loss for EPoT Center. But, hey, we're getting giant tacos in the WS lagoon!

    People Mover opening 4/3/2021

I think they're talking about the EPCoT Center line. It's still closed.

    EPCOT to become “more Disney”

Sorry, I do. Even on this board there is quite a bit of discussion on "Drinking Around The World". It's been dismissed as, "That's what college students do". I don't understand how you have to be under the influence to enjoy Disney.

    News Round Up 2021

Let's just rename it "PeopleBumper" and go ahead and open it up. Seriously, why is this so hard to get right? This technology has been running at Houston's IAH airport for nearly 50 years now -- literally the same design.

Legendary Disney Imagineer Joe Rohde Retiring

Maybe Joe can design a "space elevator". Maybe have lunch/dinner available at the top. Virgin Galatic's version may be open before EP's! 🦆

Magical Express to end in 2022

would be interesting to see if DVC owners get a break on their dues since DME cost won't be passed along in '22. I doubt it...

    EPCOT to become “more Disney”

EPCoT went from my favorite parks to my least favorite. It's become one big bar crawl with food booths cluttering the walkways. Once festivals become common, they're no longer special and people will see that. It's not a long term solution for this park.

    News Round Up 2021

yeah, it's a joke. Good news is you can take your photo with your selfie-stick and then drop it off in your car before entering EPCoT

Disneyland ending AP program as we know it

I think the strategy is get the most guests at the most $$ per guest, pandemic or not.

Magical Express to end in 2022

Almost sounds like Disney has been working with Mears to make DME so bad that "no one uses it anymore" and then they'll be correct in cancelling the contract because of that reason.

    Ticket Price Increase?

Already hit our breaking point. May not be "Disney NEVER AGAIN". But, it will be a while before we visit again. Likely not until the live stuff comes back.

Wow, RevRuss. Congratulations! How has she been able to put up with you this long? :flower3:. Our 30th is this year. Not sure how my DW has put up with me that long. I'm sure some sort of amnesia.

Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary News

Was rummaging about on another board and found the 25th anniversary special: 25 Walt Disney World 25th Anniversary TV Special '97 was about the time we started going to WDW. I don't think we got there in time for the "castle cake". Yeah, it was a commercial. But, it mentions a lot of...
