Annual Passes - Am I going crazy?

Biggest downside to AP - You’ll become so obsessed with Disney that it will consume your weekends

Walking around Tomorrowland when they used to play Larry Carlton's Bubble Shuffle and Sea Space

Anyone remember when the Tomorrowland music loop used to have a lot of Larry Carlton songs? I still play that loop on my headphones whenever I walk around Tomorrowland. Also, why did they get rid of the two spires at the entrance to Tomorrowland? I thought they looked pretty cool. They still...

    Magic Kingdom dinner

Only thing about Skippers Canteen is you’ll have a lot of families with screaming kids going “WAAAAAAAH I WANT CHICKEN NUGGETS AND FRENCH FRIES!!!! WAAAAAAAH!!!”

    Alcohol in MK

Agreed - Craft microbrewery beer is more of a thing in NE

    Magic Kingdom dinner

I have to agree with everyone who says LTT is a good choice.

Rude Employees at Busch Gardens Tampa

The whole power outage incident over the weekend certainly hasn’t helped matters.

    Alcohol in MK

The highest level view (Terrace) for HEA is $79.

    Restaurants that surprised you.

Diamond Horseshoe was surprisingly good. I always passed by it because no one ever raved about it and the reviews I did hear about it weren't exactly positive. Also, CRT was surprisingly good the second time I went.

How long are you willing to wait?

For me, how long I'm willing to wait in a ride depends on who I'm in the line with. If I'm in line with normal friendly people I could possibly strike up a conversation with or if I want to take a break from walking and make updates on my phone, wait time doesn't bother me. If, on the other...

    Magic Kingdom dinner

All of them are good. I want to try Tony's again since I haven't been there in over a year. Last time I went it was pretty good. Diamond Horseshoe was surprisingly good but it was a LOT of food. Don't eat any heavy meals beforehand. Skippers Canteen has an interesting menu, and my favorite...

    Strange experience at CRT?

Not at CRT, but at Tony's I just took a break to look at my phone and the waitress thought I didn't like the sauce or whatever. I'm glad she was very attentive especially here at a restaurant I went in expecting to be bad like the reviews.

    No Reservations

Gotta keep watching the site. Sometimes I was able to snag reservations the week of.

    Alcohol in MK

I don't care if the HEA party has alcohol, but having the option to get it is nice. I'd rather drink real champagne than sparkling grape juice.

What MK rides close in the rain?

None of them automatically close in the rain. I've ridden BTMR in the rain a couple times. They only shut down rides when there's lightning.

Power Outage at Busch Gardens Tampa

Yes, I understand these sort of things happen at Disney, unfortunately. I'll admit I'm even biased towards Disney and my opinion of BG is very low based on recent personal experiences at the park. Hell I've personally been evacuated off of It's A Small World, which would give the average...

Power Outage at Busch Gardens Tampa

Yesterday, Busch Gardens in Tampa experienced a total power failure from opening until about 1:30 PM per multiple sources. Some same day ticket buyers were able to get in for free, people who were doing the safari still got to, and people were even able to get into Adventure Island next door...

First Time Doing Keys To The Kingdom - What To Expect

AMAZING experience, got to learn some things I didn’t even know. I also heard no tour is the same. We got to explore mostly the western sections of the park and ate at pecos bill and saw the area behind PotC and Splash Mountain where they keep the parade floats. Interesting to see that cast...

Finally got that very rare Plaza Restaurant ADR

I didn’t know it was walkup-friendly, and it definitely wasn’t yesterday since a ton of people were turned away. Usually I assume no TS at Disney is walkup friendly, especially in the parks. That is unless it’s the day before a hurricane.

Finally got that very rare Plaza Restaurant ADR

I can see why it’s so hard to get an ADR here - there’s like no more than 20 tables. Anywho, Plaza was the one table service I have yet to do at MK and it’s one I almost never see an ADR for. I got lucky this weekend however and snagged it. Tables are pretty clumped together if you’re seated...

Manta dangerously nears the fine line between a fun ride and a ride that could kill you

Not so dramatic when I felt like I was going to die on the ride and had a splitting headache after.
