Now that stress I can relate to. Our first cruise was also a gift from the in-laws who were on it as well, and it was like their 20th cruise by then, and they STILL all looked to me as the vacation director throughout each day. Not relaxing! There isn't any line that gets good overall reviews...

I don't think they'd run into much in the way of a PR problem there. The limited capacity is pretty clear. Any one who has the bad luck to miss out will not be able to drum up much sympathy. It's a huge risk.
