Cups of water are free. Many places will give you a good sized cup. Depending on size of the portion, my husband and I can split QS meals (and we're not exactly small eaters!) I would do some recon around places you're interested in, and check out the portions and make a decision that way. :)

I used the app chat function. I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to connect with me, but at least I could do other things since I just left my phone next to me. Try that!

Our refund came through yesterday. So about the same timeframe.

Ahh, thanks for clarifying. Agreed, unless you're local, you can't just "go" to the booth to deal with this. As for my refund, it came through yesterday. I wish everyone luck with refunds!

Do they mean Disney has stopped releasing refunds? Because that's not true. Several of us have asked for, and received refunds as recently as last week. I would push back on this.

Quoting myself to update that I asked for and am receiving a full refund for our Cdn Resident tickets, due to expire December 16. I haven't seen it processed yet, but screen shot the approval.

We cancelled ours on Saturday. I was told it could take "some time" for it to process and show up on the CC.

I spoke to them through the app on Saturday and requested a refund, which was approved. It sucks, but I'd rather regroup later than sit on these tickets that will absolutely not be used before the expiry date and then figure out credits, etc. later.

I'm currently on the app, waiting for a CM to answer. Here's hoping!

A lot of us are in this same boat. I plan to call and ask for a refund. Too many variables to hang on to the tickets which we know 100% we will not be using before December 16, 2021.

Thanks for this update. I had emailed them a few weeks ago, and received a very generic form answer back. I think we'll just call and ask for a refund at this point and sort it out when it comes time to buying tickets again hopefully for a 2022 trip.
