I have the same issue with firm mattresses, and I actually did not find it bad this past weekend. My husband and I even mentioned to each other that it was pretty comfortable! 😅

Ehhh, no to all the summer months… June is definitely harder to get a 2 bedroom than a 1 bedroom, and has become very difficult overall. I wouldn’t count on an easy get for any villa at 7 months in June. August should be fine at 7 months although standard view will likely not be available.

I’m a tad late to this thread but figured I’d throw in my 2 cents…. We thankfully own BCV but have stayed at BWV many times. Every single studio/1 bedroom we ever stayed in at BWV had some issues with plumbing (faucets, toilets, shower/tub - sometimes significant), the thermostat, or something...

As another thought in addition to pp, we’ve spent plenty of Marathon Weekends at BCV with SAB closed due to cold weather! It’s all seriously just a crapshoot! 🙃

You called the front desk or went down to speak to them in person? Calling never accomplishes much, but going down in person repeatedly will likely be your best bet. So sorry you’re having this experience on your first stay! 😰
