Cabin was 10725 (boardwalk interior balcony - awesome view of the aqua theater), but I heard of others having the same problem with their AC. We did early seating (fixed). You'll love the ship, it's really nice. Waiting for elevators get's old, then when those waiting the least amount of time...

There were several issues that were jaw dropping kind of things. Just an overall bad experience. AC didn't work in stateroom all week, even after maintenance was called twice to fix it, extremely rude people, 30 mins to get eggs to order at wipeout cafe, 25 mins for waiter to clear dishes...

I would imagine the veranda next to us was roughly the same size as it had chairs just like 5192 did. I have not heard of any veranda with a bench seat. The verandas on the aft are deeper than most. That's odd. Ours clearly shows Bar Harbor and St. John.....nothing at all about Bermuda, we booked on DVC/Silver day.

Where do you see the name change? Are you sure your looking at 9/30/19....?

We stayed in 5192 on the Dream 2/27/17 and it was great! Veranda is deeper and larger than most. Only thing I wished is that it got more sun. The upper decks at the back of the ship get more sun than deck 5 does. But, we'd certainly book it again if it was available for a cruise we were...
