That's interesting because every running group I'm a part of States this is correct race etiquette. They also have the slower runner/walkers use the outside track lanes; but some people just like harp to on people and tell them they are wrong.

The Galloway training plans on the website do have you train for 19 weeks, but many programs have you train for 12 weeks. Also, Galloway's program has you run about 14 miles as our longest run while other programs have you run 10 or 11. I'm not saying any are better than the other; just saying...
