I would go to Trader Sams BEFORE it opens at 4pm and do the stand by line for Mine Train when you are done. There's a line that will form outside TS around 3:30, and you'll want to get in that ahead of time so you can be one of the first inside. The wait for Mine Train is usually not horrible...
