I had always planned on getting into Riviera direct until they came out with this new restriction. With no cabin/bungalow scheme going on there I figured availability was going to be better than CCV. I’ll still probably knuckle under and buy Riviera depending on what happens with the contract...

The paperwork I sent back says it shall be closed 60 days from the effective date. So how long do you have to give them to decide before you can say to hell with it and walk away from the contract? If it hasn’t closed in 60 days (let alone passed ROFR) does Disney get stuck with it?

You won’t be able to use Akv points to book 11 months out at CCV. If you want that to be your home resort you need to buy the resale points from there as well. If you want the points to be in one lump you will have to match the use year as well.

I buy those! No way any once in a lifetime wastes more money at Disney than me. I’ll put my irresponsible spending habits up against anyone!
