This, sailing towards the end of May, all 3 of us have been stuck multiple times. Before we go we'll all be on our best carefulling behavior and trust that we've done all we can. If it goes bad, we might spend a day at the beach and then head home.

We're lucky enough to be able to drive down, so the only thing a cancellation would cost me at most is the trip insurance and the one-night hotel room, which is cancellable up until the night before as well.

We're in a holding pattern. Fantasy on April 28th. I figure we will wait another 30 days and make a decision sometime around the first/second week of April.

Well, one advantage to working nights is that I started check-in at dead up midnight. 10:30 PAT secured.

I also noticed that if you hold the bottom and pull up on the pump before pushing down, you'll get a lot more out per pump.

Count me as a member of the 'doesn't dress up' crowd. I will eschew a t-shirt for a nice button up, but its still shorts and sandals (hey, I'm on vacation, dressing up is too much like work). Kid will usually wear a dress and the wife falls somewhere in-between.

That's exactly what happened, watched it unfold real time via the tracker and webcam. Captain backed the boat into the dock, they were there maybe 10 min and left again. Sped off at 20 kts almost the whole way to CC, whereas it's usually a leisurely 10 or so.
