If you ask for Gluten Free Soy Sauce they will bring you out a bottle of it. I always ask and they do for me, this applies to the Japanese and the Chinese TS restaurants in World Showcase.

Note your GF on your ADRs and they will give you a menu for allergies when you get to each restaurant.

I stay away from strobes and "flashing" lights at night (those annoying toys they sell in the hub before HEA are a big one). I don't overexert myself and know when to rest. Keep hydrated and stay on time with my meds and sleep.

The Bread service is worth it, but be aware that Sanaa is in Kidani Village not Jambo House, so there is less to explore. You don't have the grand lodge and lobby you are probably thinking you do there.

You're talking about regular hotel rooms within Jambo house in AKL. The worst view would be the parking lot, trash area, or roof. Best would be partial savannah (but those are few and far between).

AKL hands down. Fiance and I always travel alone and love the resort for it's chill, quietness. There are two pools ( you can use the one at Kidani too I think IIRC). POFQ is too loud and busy. Also, the pool is very kid oriented. AKL also has amazing restaurants and bars. AKL is my vote.
