    Nomad Lounge's Spice Trader Classic

Does anyone have the recipe or know how to make the Spice Trader Classic from Nomad Lounge at Animal Kingdom? I've been able to track down a list of ingredients from Disney's menu page (Hayman's Old Tom Gin, Dolin Vermouth Blanc, Lemon Juice, and Strawberries topped with Soda Water) but not the...

Disney Springs QS take out suggestions

I second The Polite Pig. Cold pulled pork or brisket still tastes great to me.

    Dress Code for Artist point

I've worn khakis shorts, collard shirt, and clean sneakers the two times I've eaten at Artist Point. I did not feel underdressed and I recall several other men had on similar attire.

    Coral reef and other seafood

If you're at Epcot or in the Boardwalk neighborhood, you could try The Ale & Compass Restaurant. It's in the Beach Club Resort and fairly close to Epcot's International Gateway entrance. They have a roasted garlic shrimp as a Starter. I had the lobster roll sandwich there and would get it again...

What’s good for breakfast at Disney Springs?

I don't believe there are a ton of options for breakfast at Disney Springs. Most restaurants are focused on lunch and dinner and open accordingly. Homecomin' in The Landing has been advertising a weekend brunch and opens as 10:00AM. Earl of Sandwich also offers a breakfast menu. Starbucks has...

Coral Reef & Nearby Attractions question

Comments are with the caveat I haven't been to Coral Reef in more than two years but I have been on four separate occasions: You don't have to go through The Seas Aquarium to get to the restaurant. Coral Reef has a dedicated entrance. I would not leave the table while waiting to be served. I...

    ESPN Club walk in

I've had the same experience as previous posters. I've never made an ADR at ESPN. Been in groups of 4 and 6. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get a table. Each time was when I wanted to watch a college football game.

Are "walk ins" possible at Il Mulino at the Swan? Other walk in suggestions?

Kimonos in the Swan can be a good option if you like sushi. I've been there a couple times without reservations and been able to get a table quickly. I'm not 100& sure, but they may not take reservations at all.

40 Minutes to kill in HS. Tune in or HBD Lounge?

If you can grab a spot at the bar, go with Tune-In. Otherwise there isn't much seating in there. If HBD is still the same the last time I was there, it's all outside. Even in the morning it's likely to be hot. Cocktails are likely equally between the two. I think HBD is likely to have a better...

    Teppan Edo

Lack of fried rice is probably the biggest menu difference from other Hibachi places . I second an earlier comment that the food is probably better than most hibachi but not by much. I did feel that our hibachi chef was very enthusiastic throughout the entire meal/performance. I've been to a few...

where in Disney can we get Macarons?

Les Halles in the France Pavilion at Epcot usually has a couple different selections of Macarons.

Sanaa, Tiffins, or Jiko for lunch? And is it a nuisance to leave AK park?

Both Tiffins and Sanaa are excellent. I've never been to Jiko so I'll let others advise you on that option. Tiffins will offer the convenience of staying in the park. My meal at Tiffins was one of the best I've ever had at any of the WDW Resort restaurants. I ate their a little more than a...

Recent Recipe Requests from WDW Resaurants

Has anyone recently requested a recipe from a Walt Disney World restaurant? If so, how? And what was the outcome? I've seen some conflicting feedback lately that Disney is no longer handing them out at restaurants and not following through on e-mail requests. Thanks!

    Disney Springs Snack

Check out The Ganachery in The Landing neighborhood. The milkshakes at D-Luxe Burger are excellent as well. I prefer them over the milkshakes offered at Ghirardelli's. Sprinkles is a good option but not always worth waiting in the line, especially when it's hot outside.

Artist Point Confirmed to Become a Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Character Dinner

I will miss Artist Point and what it offered to the resort. I like the addition of a character dining experience, just not at the expense of a signature restaurant. I'm surprised they're eliminating a fine dining experience to put in a restaurant geared towards children. The change means...

    Quick service meals

Epcot would be my pick to try different things. Les Halles Patisserie in the France Pavilion is a spot I enjoy for lunch. I try different things each time I'm there and I've never left disappointed. Seating can be limited.

Is there a Liquor store in Disney Springs?

Hotels usually sell a limited selection of bottled liquor and wines. There was a liquor store at the former Walt Disney World Village back in the 1980s.

Disney does sell energy drinks on property. Not exactly Mountain Dew but will give you that soda caffeine boost if that's what you're looking for.

    Sandwiches from defunct Starring Rolls

Has anyone seen the deli sandwiches that used to be offered at Starring Rolls in Hollywood Studios? They were pretty simple, oversized, meat and cheese sandwiches. I know a few of the bakery items from Starring Rolls moved over to Starbucks but I'm unsure if sandwiches are still available. If...
