Has anyone else experienced adding on before you close on one property? When that perfect contract at your desired resort, or UY, or small point contract comes up. Suggestions to not keep buying contracts!

If you buy your direct points at SSR and the UY is the same, then you will have all points available at the 11 month window. I also believe if same resort but not same UY you can pool into one account for that resort. If the direct points are at another DVC then all points will be available at...

As a resale owner, I’m aware I’m not eligible for the perks of discounts and having the member card. However, can I still purchase DVC branded merchandise? I don’t care about the discount as much as the cute stuff!

I saw two Feb UY which is what I need posted yesterday and I believe they are already gone. I learned sometimes the minute one posts, people scoop them up.
