Our trip isn't until mid-October so I'm waiting a bit to contact Disney to remove our Park Hoppers. We have some time. The phone lines are nuts right now with all of the park reservation system going live and having issues.

I have to admit I expected this - 90s computer technology and waaayyyy too many of us on multiple devices AND a new reservation system???? So we shall sit and wait.

Yep - up to and including the day of which we have seen often during our October trips :)

Odds are very good - we go every October and have seen park hours change up to and including the current day.

We have seen park hours change up to and including the same day. We go every Oct and the hours are usually extended for non-party evenings for MK as the date gets closer.

I am a former Disney Store CM and I still do it as well. LOL!!

9pm closing has been the standard posted closing hours for Oct for non-party nights until it gets closer to Oct for the past few years. We have seen MK hours change even the same day to a later closing.

We get length of stay since we do early flight down and later flight home - this year we are upgrading to AP though as we hope to move to the area in the next year.

We've had morning hours change up to the night before and evening hours change the same day.

For DH and I we prefer running shoes and we add orthotic inserts for arch support as we both have higher arches. The gel inserts will disperse the impact of walking to a degree however do not add any additional arch or structural support. Try to break in your new sneakers prior to your trip...

It could use a refurb but in all of the years of visiting, I have never had a gun not work. Think maybe you just hit some bad luck there. Def give it another try - it's one of our faves!

About 3 hrs usually for us unless DH wants to swim and then it's usually about 4. Usually leave the parks around 1pm (right after lunch) and head back just before dinner.
