Using an ECV in a rainstorm

Thanks all, OP here, great advice. I hope I don’t have to use the advice but good to know. It seems to me, from the posts above, that if the controls on the ECV are covered, you’ll probably be ok. That is unless the flooding is really high 🥺

Using an ECV in a rainstorm

Hi, I’ve been seeing pictures of the rainy downfall at WDW the past few days. It got me thinking about what would happen if I was there, in a downfall, with the ECV. Some of the pictures I saw showed water up to peoples calves! Has anyone experienced such a situation? Does the ECV still work in...

Anyone been to Shulas Steakhouse? I have a dress code question. Thanks

I just read the dress code for Shulas and it says dress pants or skirt for women. Do you think they would give me a problem if I wore Capri pants? Im probably overthinking this and I assume Capri pants would be ok but just want to make sure. Thanks 😊

Question about portable scooters that you assemble/disassemble. Update: I've booked, now question about fitting into van. Post #8 Thank you all!

ZellyB, thanks so much, this is exactly what I was wondering about. I was thinking/hoping, just for ease, that we wouldn't have to take the batteries out, but do you feel that it fit better without the batteries? Did you have to remove the back of the scooter from the front? Thanks again :)

Any info on going to Cirque with an ECV?

Hi, we'll be going to Disney Springs in 2 weeks to see Cirque. I've purchased the tickets and will be sitting in a regular row, not scooter/handicap accessible which is fine. I'm just wondering if anyone would know if there would be a place, in the theatre, where I might be able to leave the...

Pride Victory 10 3 wheel vs GoGo Sport 3 wheel transporting?

ZellyB, I was happy to see your post since I'm renting the Victory 10 3-wheel and had some concerns about it fitting in our rental van, also with the 3rd row seat up. Just wondering, did you remove the batteries so that it would weigh less or did the batteries some how contribute to the overall...

Question about portable scooters that you assemble/disassemble. Update: I've booked, now question about fitting into van. Post #8 Thank you all!

I've rented a scooter, from an outside company, many times when at Disney. This time we will be staying off site and I'm thinking of renting a scooter that we can put in the back of our rental van to bring to the parks. I've never done this before and am just concerned about the complexity this...

    Parking lot close to Cirque?

Last time we were at Disney Springs and went to Cirque, about 3 or 4 years ago, we were fortunate enough to find the parking lot very close to where Cirque is, almost like steps away. It wasn't one of the large, covered lots but more like just an open area lot. I'm hoping, but not sure, we can...

Going later in the day.... which park?

We've always been rope droppers but will need to go one time in the evening, in February, when the parks will be mostly at 9 and 10 crowd levels. We'll be rope dropping MK and Epcot during our stay but must decide between AK and HS for one of our evenings. We'll be using Genie+ and I'll go on...
