I"m here now and it has been okay. I think this will be our last trip until things go back to "normal" Nothing I can really complain about because it is just the way it is with the social distancing and no fp stuff. I agree with the other poster about not having easy access to food. I have a...
My 22 year old with ASD will wear one but I can't control when he decides he is done. For our March trip, I plan on breaking up our time in the parks to a few hours in the morning, then evening and add in pool time. I'll have to see how it goes.
I cancelled a ticket over 4 weeks ago and no refund yet. I called this week and said that the ticket was "on the roster". While I appreciate getting a refund at all, I'll now just buy direct. I purchased an AP from Universal at the same time and got refunded within 2 weeks.
I finally decided to cancel. I was going to move my July 8-11th trip to later in July but I'm over it. It is too stressful wondering if I'll even have a trip next month. Booked Universal instead. Will try WDW again next year.
It would be different if they also reduced ticket and resort prices to go along with the reduced experiences. I'm afraid some people are going with the expectations that things will be like normal, then they will come back and rant on here that they couldn't eat anywhere but counter service, or...
That doesn't make any sense. Disney stops selling tickets and asks all 3rd party vendors except UT to stop selling them too? I'd be worried but UT is on the hook if Disney does not honor the dates on the tickets.
I received an e-mail from Disney last night about 7pm. It had the same info on needing to cancel fastpass+ and dining. It also says " As a result of physical distancing, capacity in restaurants and availability of dining experiences is very limited and experiences such as character dining...
Pirates, food blogs etc are speculating just as much as these boards are. It isn't anyone's fault but Disney. Tell us everything we know about the parks is going to change, make it seem like no one but the few "lucky" ones will get in, then not give us more details. It is making people crazy...
July 8th-11th first time staying at AKL. Now I'm not sure if I can reschedule since reservations are locked. Really looking at Vegas instead. Waiting to see what we can do.
I hope things open up by October. Right now, nothing, not even entrance to the park is guaranteed. My birthday trip is scheduled for the days before the park is going to open. I had the perfect ADR's that I stalked the website to get. Now, down the toilet.
