Just for a sense of completion, I was finally able to get my Drury reservation into MDE. I went through chat on the Disney World site. They had to send it to the eCommerce Guest Care Team, who worked it out and emailed me when it was done. It took 1-2 weeks.

I'm not sure, but I booked through Drury's website. The Drury confirmation number is not working in MDE. I called Disney and they said that Drury should give me a second 12-digit Disney number that starts with a 5. I called Drury and they were very nice but seemed confused and are supposed to...

Yeah, they weren’t available at 7am so I just booked via Disney. Then it took over an hour and a chat to get my park ressies. I should have just waited. Would have saved over $240. Oh well. I’m set and I’m happy.

I finally got through first via Chat. That seems to be the fastest way to get through, although I don't know the limitations what they can help with that way.

Thanks for your response. I wound up getting through via chat. Phyllis jumped in and reserved my days for me and I'm all set. Neither of us know what the problem was, but she helped with the solution! Got everything I wanted.

I have my phone on reservation line and my husband's on tech support. I'm listening to hold music in stereo.

I bought tickets this morning but can't reserve anything because the tickets didn't link correctly. Well, they are in the app but not online. I've tried different browsers and incognito combinations. I'm on hold slowly losing my mind...
