toddler travel

We are looking at going to Disneyland 2/1-2/3 and will have a toddler with us for one of the days. This little one will be turning 3 on Feb 13th and is about 35” tall as of today. If you had one day to make it an ultimate experience for the little one, what would your one day itinerary be?
