The Most Amazing Wishes

Don’t miss the five updates I did last night! I’m on a roll!!!!

As we were leaving, Wishes was starting!! It was really foggy out, and a bunch of the CMs were out watching too! They said that when it’s foggy, it’s their favorite time to watch Wishes because you don’t see them shooting up, and it makes the sky so beautiful! We stayed and watched the fireworks from the bridge, and they were shooting up on either side of us. It was one of the best experiences of my life. It was so amazing! Of course, I took way too many pictures, but I think some of them came out great!

Goodnight Magic Kingdom
January 1, 2014​

After Wishes, we used our FP+ reservation to ride Haunted Mansion.

It was around 10:30pm, and we were walking into Frontierland. We overheard a family pass us, and they were talking about Tom Sawyer’s island. They were Southern, and they had a very thick accent. The mom was talking about people looking into the house, and the kid was like, “then put up some bliiiiindssss!” It was so funny! It must have been the time of day, and we were so tired, but I thought that was the funniest thing I had heard in a long time. You had be there.

We rode Big Thunder which is always so much fun at night! Then we rode the Jungle, uh, JINGLE Cruise. Our skipper was really good! And cute! Wink, wink.

As we were walking out, the Main Street Electrical Parade was going on.

We left MK around 11:30 even though it was open until 1. We were just so tired! We got back to AoA and fell asleep!​

Love these updates, my love! So brings me back to that trip! Your pictures are breathtaking - you can so tell when I take the camera to take pictures of you. Mine are terrible. I am so NOT a good photographer. Can't wait to go again next Christmas!

Love your cup that you got as a Christmas gift and it's nice that Troy will make an appearance on this TR.

Lol I laughed at your experience at Whispering Canyon with the built muscular guys!

Art of Animation Little Mermaid rooms look great as do all the resorts decked out for Christmas. Makes me want to visit in the holiday period!

I may be returning next year so I'm getting a little excited but nothings confirmed as of yet.

Great parade pics and I'm glad you had fun on the rides at MK in the dark

Btw yours are the first pics I've seen of a dining experience at Be Our Guest on here and they look great.

Beach Club Baby!
January 2, 2014
Day 6​

I woke up at 6:30am, but I was sooo tired that I didn’t get out of bed until 7. I showered, got ready, and looked up the balances for the Disney gift cards we brought. We left out room by 8:10, and drove over to the Beach Club! We spent some time looking at the carousels!

We checked in for our breakfast ADR at Cape May Café!

I know!! Not sure yet, it's early days but may not happen till 2016 now I can't wait to start planning again once dates are set and I'll be sure to let you know. I think you'll probably have your next trip first!

We sat down at 8:50, and had a great breakfast! The buffet was really good!! Some things were different, but there were the classics there as well.

Of course we met the characters!!

We were done by 9:20, and we drove over the Epcot. ​

One word for those Christmas decorations at BOG....WOW!!!!! You captured some great shots as usual I always laugh when I see a 20 minute wait time on It's a Small World....ya know the crowds are thick when that happens!!

Aww, thank you so much! It was so gorgeous!

AHHHHH it's more like 16 days now!! I can't believe it!! Mom is actually visiting right now. She drove up for a couple weeks and she is heading back down south tomorrow. BUT I only have 16 more days!!
