Financial:
  1. Pay off CC1 All done! Last payment was in March.
  2. Pay off upcoming WDW trip before going in December. $7068.68 in Jan. Chipping away at that! Have made "payments" to my brother for the expenses.
  3. Follow through with tracking expenditures and planning ahead, since I suck at budgets (yes, I've tried YNAB) Every week, come rain or shine, I lug out that spreadsheet and work on it.
  4. Pay down CC2 to $8000 by December. Made the first double payment this month. Currently on track to keep this.

Personal:
  1. Finish writing projects - End of April for current project It's going slower than I'd like, but I think I'll make it!
  2. Exercise - Start walking. Does gardening and yard work count? I have been trying to make sure I have a defensible fire space and planted a new veggie garden.
  3. Research new writing project with dad (who is succumbing to cancer, so this is important to me) On hold due to things beyond our control. Maybe will start in May.

Around the house (aka, zero dollars):

  1. Declutter office About halfway there.
  2. Organize garage Just the workbench so far.
  3. Declutter my bedroom Working on small sections. Two already completed.
  4. Keep living room and kitchen picked up daily If I didn't have kids, this might be easier. :) But it's better than it was!

Love your list.

I managed to work down in my basement on weekends to get ready for our Rummage Sale this June.
36 years worth of items thrown into totes. If I got tired of items around the house, I would gather items up, go buy a tote and I stored it all in totes. So I had to organize and re organize. My dh helped me label the totes.

We put our own back splash on behind our stove/hood area. Our contractor wanted to charge us $7000 when we built the house. We said no and we would do it ourselves. It took 3 years and we finally did it. The tile which looks like a stone ledge was being discontinued at Menards was $80. It took us one Saturday and we did it. We sealed it, layed it up on the wall and now we just need to caulk around the edges, for another $20.

I did read 4 books this winter, but I noticed I wanted to just read and not go to the YMCA for class.
So I am putting books aside to later this summer again.

I love that you've kept up with tracking everything so far! As for the contractors, in my experience, it's really hard to get them to respond and show up. The last one I hired was very responsive at first and the subcontractor worked 6 days a week to get my project done, but then fell off the face of the earth when I wanted an overhead light added (as we had discussed, but wasn't in the initial bid). I hope you find someone awesome.
