Fort Lauderdale to Orlando is about 3 1/2 hours, maybe more depending on traffic and weather conditions. Miami to Orlando depends on where in Miami you are talking about, but you need to plan on a minimum of four hours.

The traffic on 95 down that way can be BRUTAL, especially around West Palm Beach and North Miami.
