4 Park Challenge Looking for Advice

We are planning a 4 park challenge on our next Disney trip Sept. 2017. Just myself and DS8. I have put together this plan, but would love to hear your thoughts, reviews, and constructive criticisms to help me improve my plan so hopefully we can have a successful day.

I am wicked ambitious so we have 6 challenges per park:
1. A Ride
2. A Show
3. A Character
4. A Snack
5. A Magical Shot
6. A Pressed Penny (not in the plan because we literally can stop ay anyone)

The hours and park crowd calendars on our day. (KTP then Lines)
Overall Green, 3
MK 8-9AM EMH 9AM-7PM Yellow, 2
Epcot 9AM-10PM Yellow, 4
HS 9AM-8:30PM Green, 5
AK 9AM-9PM Green, 4

I do want to note that this is our only visit to HS during this trip so that is why we are starting there and are doing quite a few things there as well.

Sounds like fun! With express transport now, I think 4 parks/1 day challenges are a little easier to complete. I am planning for a 4 parks/1 day on my solo trip and am really looking forward to it. I love how detailed your plans are!
