Points for rent or transfer approx 400 @ $17per point (plus paypal fees of 3%).
Home resort Aulani

200 points 2018 use year which can be banked into 2019.
If you want to transfer your resort stay must be no until Aug 1st 2019.
If we bank the 2018 points to our 2019 use year...we are not able to transfer them to another DVC member. However, we can still rent them and book you a resort reservation.

Another 200 points are 2019 use year.

If your able to use all 400 points in a transfer we will offer a reduced price per point.

Our use year is AUG

How many points are you needing?

Sorry we are not interested in swapping points.

200 points are 2018 use year

200 points are 2019 use year

For a total of 400 points (that's all we are willing to rent/transfer at this time)

Our use year is AUG

You would need to double check with member services if your able to bank the 200 2018 points that we transfer into your current use year account.
As we understand we can transfer the points to you and if you bank them...they will follow your current use year.

From the sticking on the dis DVC board about point transfers:

1. All Transferred Home Resort Vacation Points retain the Use Year of the transferring Club Member and
   expire at the end of the transferring Club Member's Use Year, unless they are Banked.
2. Once Banked, Transferred Home Resort Vacation Points will expire at the end of the Transferring Club
   Member’s next Use Year, unless they are used. In addition, Transferred Home Resort Vacation Points
   cannot be un-Banked or returned to their original Use Year.

My use year is August as well, so that would align with my points to potentially rent from you and use my own... Since i am planning on using them June 2020, that would be your August 2019 use year. You could in theory transfer 200 of your 2019 points to me no problem, but what about the 200 2018 points? could you transfer or do you have to make hotel in your name for those nights? As for the amount of points, let me figure out what i can use and or need... I am toying around between 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and even a 3 bedroom. I have the points chart, just need to factor your points and mine together. And figure how many nights can be booked at 11 month window and how many at 7 month. thanks. Im still working on my first 10 posts, then ill pm you.

You would need to check with ember services if we could transfer the 200 2018 use year points to you ....for use in June 2020.
We have never done a transfer like that before. However, based upon our research you should be able to bank them into your account and then use them. However, I would get confirmation of that before we do any deals.

If we transfer points to you...they retain the 11 month booking priority (as they are Aulani points).

Worst case we could bank the 200- 2018 point into our 2019 year and book a reservation for you. That's no issues
