Add-On Points - Resale Restrictions?

We have been DVC owners since 2010 and have a blue membership card.

We currently own at SSR and BCV and I am looking to purchase a resale contract for HH. All with the same UY.

Will the points associated with the HH resale contract be subject to resale restrictions? Or will we be able to use them in the same way we can use our existing points (at all properties; not just the original 14).

Subject to the restrictions. It is the points that are restricted and not the owner.

Doesn’t matter what else you own, any resale points purchased today can not be used for RIV or future resorts

They are also not eligible for things like cruises, etc

Also if you sold those other ones at any time, you’d lose the blue card. You’d need to keep at least one to maintain that unless you buy direct points along the way
