#1 Dark Side of the Moon- Pink Floyd. My favorite album of all time. Hands down (and no, I am not and never was a stoner.)
#2 Tapestry- Carole King. It's timeless IMO
#3 August and Everything After- Counting Crows. Just one fabulous tune after another. Every song on this album should have been put out as a single.

Even on albums I love, there are one or two songs that miss the mark.

Ones that come close:
Parallel Lines-Blondie
Fear of Music-Talking Heads
Abbey Road-The Beatles
Aladdin Sane-David Bowie
Spring Session M-Missing Persons
Easter-Patti Smith Group
Horses-Patti Smith
Sgt, Pepper-The Beatles
The Lexicon of Love-ABC
Violator-Depeche Mode
B52's-self titled

and back when I was about 10 years old-Bobby Sherman's Greatest Hits

Wow. No one's mentioned Born to Run yet. That entire album is perfection as far as I'm concerned. Another great one is After the Gold Rush by Neil Young. Back in the day we listened to album sides, and these two were prominently in my rotation because I could listen to everything without wishing a particular song was over. LOL.
