Any AP holders able to see/book AP Rates?

I posted this elsewhere, but after contacting a CM about the issue I was informed that Disney IT is aware of these "intermittent problems" and is working on a solution for this "high priority" issue. They suggested I call with my reservations, and that the discount could be applied that way.
