I do a lot of mud runs in the Southern California area, and I'm always looking for new friends to do them with.
For those who don't know, they are runs (usually in the 5K range) with obstacles including mud pits you have to run or crawl through.
I'm not a fast runner (about 11 minute miles), but I find these keep me motivated to go out and run on my own to train.
Anyone else enjoy doing them as well?

I'm not a mud runner and I don't live in Southern California, but I wanted to say "hi" anyway!
