Have scrolled through several of the threads of people having slow, time out, and connection errors when using the DIS app recently and for past months. Have moderators or anyone come up with any explanation or work around for this? The website works fine but the app has become almost unusable on multiple iPad,iPod, and iPhones that we have tried.
Can anyone at the DIS please comment and let us know if this is being worked on or not??
