Similar to Atkins, but no sugar, dairy or artificial additives at all. It doesn't restrict vegetables and fruit, or protein. I try to stick to range fed meat, Alaska fish (no framed raise), Omega-3 eggs, organic veggies and fruit, berries, nuts. It's a good diet for immune diseases such as Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Chemical Allergies, Rheumotoid Arthritis. Fat Flush plan is somewhat similar, but it has more supplements. Diana
