AP is only if you have an annual pass
Entertainment rate if u have the card
Fan club if u the card which Tinkerbarb does supply on these boards very nice lady
the discounts vary and you are best to ask for all rates and see which is cheapest hope that helps

All you need to do is buy any of the 2004 Entertainment books that are out - "the card" is included in the book. You can go online at entertainment.com to order - they're usually about $20.
Ask away if you have more questions!
