Appetizers for 4th of July

Fresh sweet corn should be available by then. I like to shuck it and roll it around over the coals while the steaks rest.

I love a big platter of roasted veggies with a little balsamic on top. Yummy hot or cold.

Another one I like is a Panzanella Salad...Italian bread salad

This is one my very favorite things of summer - I'm getting it for the first time tomorrow! Yum!

We had a huge Baby Barbecue "shower" last year which ended up being on the hottest day of the summer. We just offered ice cold beer and other beverages and quickly served the hamburgers, hot dogs and other main meal items soon into the party. Now afterwards we offered lots of popsicles and other ice cream treats plus ice cold beer and other beverages.
