Are 4 people allowed in a "Roll-in" room at the All-Stars?

The tittle sums it up. We need a roll in shower, but there are 4 people in our room at All-star music.

How will the bed layout be?

I believe they have a few accessible roll in shower rooms that have 2 double beds instead of the 1 king. Call Disney's special services and they will be able to help you.
